HOW DO YOU SHIP THINGS?
Pins are shipped in padded envelopes via USPS.
Apparel is produced and shipped by Printful, a third-party company.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMETHING TO SHIP?
For non-apparel, I'll do my best to ship something within 1-3 business days of ordering, depending on volumes and other things going on. Josh can only do so much!
Apparel is produced by Printful with lead times up to 2 weeks before shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship everything via USPS. For contiguous US orders, it should arrive between 3-6 days.
Apparel is produced and fulfilled by Printful and may take up to 3 weeks to receive your purchase from time of order.
WILL I RECEIVE EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE?
Probably not.
Apparel is produced and fulfilled by Printful and depending on when/how your order is received and sent to their facility, orders with multiple pieces of clothing may arrive at different times.
Apparel will always ship separately from non-apparel items like pins.
IT'S BEEN A WHILE AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIRT. WHAT'S UP?
All the apparel is produced by Printful. When an order is placed through my store, that information gets sent to them to produce and ship your clothing. Since they print on demand, there is no stock of shirts and lead times for production can exceed one week. Once the order is produced, they ship it directly from their facility to your address.
Apparel orders can take up to 3 weeks from time of purchase to receive.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
Returns are not accepted. Please make sure you select the correct size when ordering apparel before submitting your order.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Items purchased cannot be refunded.
In the event that something has arrived damaged please send an email with a photo and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
If you believe your order was misplaced during shipping or stolen, please file a report with your local delivery service.
